The website is a joint initiative between Hull City Council's Adult Social Care, Public Health and Forum, partners from the voluntary and community sector.

Community Navigators work with individuals to improve their health, wellbeing and social networks. Based in community settings across Hull, the team provide one-to-one, face-to-face support to help people in Hull find activities in their area.
