If you are aged 18 or over, live in Hull and feel like you may need support, you can contact us to discuss how we might be able to help. You can request an assessment yourself or ask someone else to do it for you.

How it works

There's a process to follow to decide what care and support you may need and how it can be provided. The process involves the following steps -

  1. An assessment of your social care needs
  2. An estimate of how much your Care and support plan may cost
  3. A financial assessment
  4. Your agreed personal budget (if you qualify)
